  • 1. Acceptance

    By registering a QRitagya tag or using our Services you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

  • 2. Description of Service

    QRitagya links a tag to an owner and, on a voluntary scan, delivers scan-event data (precise location, tag ID, timestamp) to the owner. All further communication and item return occurs directly between owner and finder. QRitagya is not a courier, escrow, GPS-tracking, or dispute-resolution service.

  • 3. Eligibility

    You must be 18 or older to register or use a QRitagya tag.

  • 4. Voluntary Scanning

    Scanning a tag is a voluntary, good-faith act. No finder is obliged to scan or to contact an owner. Before scanning, the finder is informed that scanning shares the item's location with the owner.

  • 5. Distribution Model

    Tags are distributed via institutional, community, and brand sponsors, not individual retail sale. Sponsor identity may be shown to owners and finders.

  • 6. Acceptable Use

    You agree to provide accurate, current registration information. Do not harass, defraud, stalk, or harm any person. Do not misuse scan data, location, or contact details for anything other than item recovery.

  • 7. No Guarantee

    QRitagya facilitates connection but does not guarantee recovery, response, or successful communication. Service depends on connectivity, device location permissions, third-party providers, and user goodwill.

  • 8. Third-Party Services

    Messaging uses Meta's WhatsApp Business API (subject to Meta's terms); hosting via AWS. QRitagya is not liable for their outages, OTP delays, or failures.

  • 9. Disputes Between Users

    QRitagya does not mediate disputes; users engage directly at their own risk. Report suspected criminal misuse to law enforcement; QRitagya cooperates with authorities under due legal process.

  • 10. Limitation of Liability

    To the maximum extent permitted by law, QRitagya LLP is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, loss of items, or acts of owners, finders, sponsors, or third-party providers. Aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount paid (if any) for the relevant tag.

  • 11. Intellectual Property

    The QRitagya name, tags, design, and platform belong to QRitagya LLP. No copying, reverse-engineering, or resale without written permission.

  • 12. Termination

    We may suspend or terminate access for breach or misuse of the platform or assets.

  • 13. Governing Law

    These Terms are governed by Indian law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi.
