Our Services allow sponsors to provide QR tags to users at no charge, enabling the expression of gratitude through scanned interactions, often via WhatsApp. As a B2B platform, tags are distributed by sponsors, and we do not charge users directly. We rely on FAQs for support and do not offer live assistance to end users.

• Eligibility and Acceptance

  You must be at least 18 years old or have legal capacity to use the Services. By using the Services, you confirm your acceptance of these Terms. Sponsors are responsible for ensuring their users comply.

• Use of Services

  • Gratitude-Focused Use: Use the Services only for expressing genuine desire to assist, appreciate or faciliate. Misuse, such as spam or harmful content, is not permitted.
  • Fair Usage Policy: We value balanced participation. Excessive usage (e.g., repeated scans or messages that strain our systems) may lead us to calibrate, limit, or temporarily hold Services to maintain reliability for everyone. We define "excessive" based on system impact and will notify you via WhatsApp if action is needed.
  • WhatsApp Integration: Communications occur through our WhatsApp Business account. You agree to WhatsApp's terms and understand we may share necessary data for this purpose.
  • No Live Support: For any queries, please refer to our FAQs. We appreciate your understanding as we focus on core reliability.

• QR Tags and Delivery

  Tags are typically provided free by sponsors or charged to end users directly by them. Once delivered, we do not recognize or replace damaged tags. Handle them with care to preserve the objective they represent.

• Intellectual Property

  All content, including QR designs and website materials, belongs to us or our licensors. You may use them only for personal, non-commercial purposes related to the Services.

• Limitations and Disclaimers

  We provide the Services "as is" with no warranties, express or implied. While we aim for reliability, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free performance. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use.
